Don't ever expect proper feedback

Last week on the 16/7/13 I was also complaining about Bonitas as the staff doesn't come back to me. After complaining on this site a Charlene did phone me and promised she will call me back after investigating all concerns. I didn't receive a call from her but just an email and it seems that we haven't achieved anything as she has her facts mixed up, I again sent an email back to them asking for this Charlene's manager to call me and I am still waiting

What make me so furious about this place is that I have sent my claim to them but according to them they didn't receive it as the person it was sent to left know I am the one that needs to sent this claim agaion although they are the ones that were offline. Why don't they phoned the Chemist themselves
