Called to request a script for a patient who was with me at specsavers menlyn to do his glasses, since he was not happy with the service with my competitor mentioned above..requested script to be faxed instead i was told by juan on the phone, told her i need it faxed as proof but she did not and i called again on the same day, i then spoke to a black lady who was excessively rude to me and i continously asked her if this is how she handles people? she just said if i dont like it then i should drop the call... even worse she just left me hanging on the phone for minutes... juan then came to the phone and i asked her who the manager is, she told me they dont have one, which suprised me..she later said her name is zelna... i left a message for zelna to call me... but been waiting since...
