Optomistrist gave me wrong script an bad service

Two to three weeks ago I went into my old opetomitrist with my new script which they requested of me to order my new contact lenses, I spent R600 on them and received them a week later, middle week. When I fetched them I confirmed with the lady at the counter that it was my new script, she assured me it was. When it came to friday evening when I wanted to put them in as I was going out I realised something was wrong and I could not see properly so could not wear them. I called the saturday morning early and the lady said she will order my new script and when I fetch them I must bring the wrong ones back. I didn't hear from them again and decided to phone them yesterday. The lady on the phone then said she will sort it out and phone me back, I'm still waiting. I left this optosmistrist last year september for bad service but went back because the staff were new and thought they might be settled in by now. Clearly not. Ill be phoning them again today and feel I shouldn't have to. Wearing the wrong script will weaken my eyes and this is unhealthy. Clearly they have never read their consumers act. All I want is the right script that I paid for.
