PATHETIC Service- 15 calls and no response!

I needed to get a cervical cancer injection. I study in Cape Town and my parents live in Johanessburg and hence needed a script to be faxed through. When I called to see if this was possible the pharmacy was quite rude to me and didn't really care. Nevertheless my mom faxed through the script. I tried to call to find out if my script had come through not once but 15 times!!! The first time someone answered and said they would put me through to the pharmacy and I held onto the line for over 5b minutes when I decided I would no longer hold the line and put the phone down! I called another 5 times before someone answered who put me through to the pharmacy line once again where the same thing happened- I held the line, this time for 7 minutes and no one answered! This service is stocking!!! I will never use Clicks ever again! This service is unacceptable and I would hate to think what would happen if someone was in an emergency and needed to get through to the pharmacy! Totally unacceptable! I have a Club card and Im considering cutting it up! No customer service whatsoever!!!
