Pathetic Call Centre Agent

I spoke to Gwen Moswete a "supervisor" on the 19th Sept 2013 at 15.00hr REF 290813Q88DRH7
She promised to sort out a query and call me back later in the day. She never bothered to call me back or send an email or any form communication. She had all my contact details.
Why do your Call Centre Agents promise to call people back and never carry out their promises. Why Lie? Her excuse was "I was in a meeting" She could have called me the following day. Your staff have no customer service ethics, she could not care about her clients. Medshield should not employ such apathetic staff.
