For the very first time I have been dealt with very poorly by one of your customer agents, the customer service is so bad in fact that I felt it was worthy of this complaint. I was served by a Zanele Mhlongo who was rude and in a rush to get rid of me. her tone was not that of a help desk consultant, she was not sympathetic, used company jargon that only made sense to her and according to her training module. Zanele was not at all helpful, and she made it obvious that she would rather be doing something else. I was calling on behalf of my sick mother who would have easily given in and left her query un handled due to the poor service and revolting attitude Miss Mhongo projected. i do not believe that Medshield would rather loose clients because of their staff
I feel that you should address this poor attitude as soon as possible. As a customer I do not feel that I am wanted and could easily take my business to your competitors. It may be worth reminding Miss Mhlongo that my business helps to pay her wages. I would further like Miss Mhlongo to personally apologies in verbal and written communication. Gwen (Manager) i would like to know how it is you dealt with this matter.
