Any humans actully Work for Medshield?

I have been trying for weeks to get through to a human at Medshield as i have terminated my membership with them. Emails get auto responses and when I call custmer service number the digital assistant tells me the call centre is closed and that hours are 8:15 to 5 .. the odd thing is i was calling ar 8:25...

I need someone to confirm termination of benfits from end of August... so if there is any intelligence other than bad artificial intelligence on the other end of the line I would like to hear from them.
