On the 4th of July 2013 I sent a query to Medshield [Email Removed] requesting authorization for a DBC Active Spine and Shoulder Treatment Programme. I attached a quote. I received a query number of 040713Q0TY80. On the 16th of July I requested an update. On the 19th of July I requested another update. On the 23rd of July I requested another update. On the 31st of July (today) I have requested another update. I have also made several call to their Call Centre where I have been told on two occasions the case was closed but was not been sent to the relevant department for processing, the call will be re-opened.
On the 23rd of July, Nushard Haywood responded with, "Thank you for your email dated 16/07/2013. Kindly be advised that your enquiry is being attended to under reference number 160713Q1FT8M and your request is in progress, feedback will be provided to you once resolved. "
I am still waiting the matter to be resolved, it is 27 days I have been waiting. I have had to now cancel every single appointment I had with the programme. In the meantime I am suffering with terrible back, shoulder and neck pain.
This is shocking service from Medshield!
