I submitted a claim to Bankmed regarding my visit to Optometrist on the 28 February 2013. I followed up each day for the refund, and the same response I received confirmed, it takes 30 days for a refund, so it's been over a month and half with no feedback, so the on the 27 March, I phoned to ask them what happening, they confirm, the Claim was rejected and referred to PPN network, who I was referred by bankmed call centre, and PPN confirm no such claim was sent to their side.

On the 27 March two complaints sent to the bankmed claims department and the enquires department. No feedback was given, no solution!!!

Not even a phone call to say we received your complaint, and we are working on it, nothing at all!!!

Bankmed is one big rip off, paying over R2000 for sum dumb comprehensive package with no benefits.

Please, I want a senior manager from Bankmed to contact me today, to resolve this, or I will take this to the social media regarding this unethical services from bankmed.
