Bankmed's undelivered services!!!

On 9th of April I send in 2 receipts for Bankmed to repay. One for R600 and another for R20-00. I received a mail to confirm mail delivered from Bankmed. On the 4th request my husband phoned Bankmed. a Lady said sorry she thought only the R20 is claimed she did not see the R600 is also claimed??? She promised on the 17th of April the back payment will be made. No payment on that day!!! I send more e-mails. After the 5th I informed Bankmed I will complain to Hellopeter if they do not contact us. (Don't try to phone 08002265633 - No does not exist. On Monday last week a lady phoned round about 6 oclock the evening from a private number. I did not answer she phoned again and on the third call - Bankmed. She informed my husband that only an amount of R320 will be paid back as on the Comprehsive plan they do not pay the whole amount for specialists?? But the amount will be paid back on 17th Next dy I requested an explanation - nothing- on 17th May - no refund. How sad Bankmed we are forced to stay with you but service and integrity - NOTHING- You are forcing me to tell the world you cannot commit to your promisses
