I have chronic cover which covers me for one specialist visit per year, so I would assume discovery would deduct the cost from the cover and not my MSA even if the doctor puts the incorrect ICD10 code, you should at least inform myself or the doctor that the code is wrong and you will be deducting from my MSA instead and at least give me the opportunity to correct it.

I feel that Discovery is just eager to take your money but when it comes to refunding, they don't even provide you with proper feedback, this is appalling and perfect service. Right now I feel like finding another medical aid provider.

After noticing that they had deducted from my MSA, I sent them an email on the 14th of February to find out why. They only called back a week later saying that they will be looking into it but that was it, no feedback nothing so I call back after another week only to be told that the doctor had put the wrong ICD10 code and they need to resubmit my claim with the proper ICD10 code.

I called my doctor and asked them to send through the claim with the proper ICD10 code which they did and this was on the 22nd of February and I still waiting for feedback from Discover.
