Disappointed

We stayed at the Protea Hotel Stellenbosch on the 4th of May for a night, and arranged for them to do a breakfast pack for us as we had an early flight the next morning. And we clearly stated this to the reception staff on duty. With check out the next morning, nobody knew anything about this, and nothing was prepared for us.

Really not happy about the service you get when you pay so much per night!
