DONT BUY MASSAGES FROM TRANQUILITY SA ON GROUPON

Firstly they advertise for a FULL body massage and MANI and Pedi to the value of R950.00.

The massage is R450.00 which means the mani and pedi is R450.00 together.

I was told that it is an express mani and pedi upon arrival and there will be NO paint included in the PEDI.

My massage was cut short by MIN.

The therapist kept watching the clock as though I was wasting her time and told me I was not supposed to be there on a Saturday. Then I was told how I could bypass Groupon and buy directly from them!

I have never seen anyone paint my nails like that! a 5 year old child could have done it better and when I asked her to fix it she couldn't even do that.

She then agreed to paint my toes without any buffing and just painted on it. The paint work was very bad and I actually felt like crying when I walked out as I had another engagement afterwards and did not have time fix it myself.

My nails chipped 2 days later and was supposed to be done with GELISH. then I got told I must choose if I want GELISH on my nails or toes.

I then sent an email to complain and had a very BAD reply as though I was in the wrong and not the therapist.

This is not how you deal with an unhappy client.
