Don't follow through with offe

I bought the 2kg powder, sent my sms for the promotion of a free movie, meal, mani or pedi and did receive a call back from someone about.

But when I asked for a pedi, she explained it was only a polish and paint. That was my first problem since the offer is misleading - a polish and paint is not a mani or pedi.

So I decided to book the mini-pedi anyway for this Saturday 7th December and she said she would confirm the booking and send me the details. This is where the second problem comes in as I'm still waiting...

Omo, you do yourselves more damage than good if you run this kind of promotion and don't have the manpower to deal with the number of requests which come flooding in!

I'm so diasppointed!
