Century Spa
Century Spa? Not by FAR!

I booked a same day treatment at Century Spa, was told the treatment included use of the relaxation room with a cup of tea.
The 2 receptionist didn't bother to stand to great/welcome their new client the other made no eye contact and continued playing on her cell phone eating.
The changing rooms had used towels and body products from earlier in the day. I asked firm pressure but got painful pressure. After what felt like an eternity I noticed the therapist massaging with latex gloves!! she also hurt my feet while doing the pedicure I requested at the last minute! The entire session was rushed, my pedi left me black and blue. A full body massage, scrub and pedi in under 2hrs. Needless to say it was completely rushed. After the treatment the spa was deserted. No therapists, no receptionists, just my bill on the counter top. I could've made a run for it but I had to stay to find out the owners details and complain, which I was not given as they were conveniently "out of the country". After 15mins I went searching for someone when a new receptionist came to the front with an attitude. No apologies or smile. I asked about this "relaxation room" and "tea" and she replied that it was
