Still no progress after my complaint

I received a phone call on the 6th saying that my claims that was missed are receiving preference, but when I phoned just now they said it will still take another 10 days. It is not my fault that their system wasn't working and they did not receive my claims. I have waited months and don't see why I should wait any longer, it is bad enough that I had to pay Lancet out of my pocket in the first place!
