Efficient and friendly service

My docter prescribed an acclasta drip which has to happen once a year. At the best of times I hate needles and especially drips and I was very nervous - especially when I had heard my mothere's story of what happened to her in Port Elizabeth where they forgot about her and nearly locked her in for the night..

Sister Bheki reassured me and her whole efficient attitude gave me confidence. She checked on me regularly, brought me a glass of water without my asking and phoned my docter so he could also come and check on me when I was done. Now I am not going to be so nervous next year when I go again.
