I have had short term insurance for a while now, with almost no claims for my items, but about a year ago I decided to try KING PRICE INSURANCE, a bit nervous and tentative at first it too a very persuasive sales man and a fantastic premium to get me to change and I did, so back in August 2012 I made the switch from my previous insurer and joined the KING PRICE INSURANCE family slightly nervous about what would happen should a claim arise I decided to move two cars, Home contents, and my cell phone and laptop as well.
Sadly this year (2013) I have had some bad luck when it came to my car, cell phone (twice) and laptop and when I did put in a claim I was greeted by efficient and professional consultants and the claims where handled very professionally and speedily.
My last claim which was settled yesterday was completed by Tougheeda Brown, who was professional, efficient, courteous and always got back to me regarding the status of my claim, I would like to say thank you for your help and then you for getting my phone back to me.
