I contacted the Bonitas call center on behalf of my father who is in hospital. I needed to confirm that various pre-authorizations have been confirmed by the medical aid. Ofentse was efficient and knowledgeable and preempted questions that I did not even know to ask. I have subsequently cross-checked information with my father's doctors and was able to ensure all authorizations are on track and that his hospital stay was extended accordingly. Thank you.
