What a joke! I've been a loyal supporter for years, never miss 1 single payment, but when you ask for assistance from Discovery Vitality NO ONE answers my e-mails. I have now sent 7 e-mails to get a race added to outdoor activities so that I can claim for points and not one single reply!!!
How do you want us to build up our status and earn points if you are not willing to assist???

I will be looking for a new medical aid and this account will be closed by the end of this month!
