Incompetent owners

This is just to say that these incompetent owners have no regards to clients wishing to stay there. Been struggling since Oct 2012 to get a refund on a booking they cancelled without notifying me (as the client). They are absolutely useless with people skills and will provide a million excuses to avoid their responsibilities.
