UNRELIABLE AND DISASTOROUS MEDICAL AID

There is quite a lot of changes in the adm of this med aid which is very inconvenient for members.1:In 2007 my other dependant was sick, only tobe told that the medaid has been suspended as it was on arrearsonly to find that1 dep was captured 2x hence there were outstanding premiums & my med aid being suspended, that was an embarrassment as my dep was sick & not treated at the dr's rooms due to this disaster.2: I have been paying for 3 deps on my medical aid since 2007& me being the 4th person, but Dec 2012, 1 of my deps was sick & when I went to the pharmacy, they said his dep code doesn't match with the mem nr, i mean how possible is that since the dep code & mem nr hasn't been changed, I'd to ask them to use the other dep code, which was successful, that was another embarrassing ordeal. Only to find when I got the new mem card, it was only myself and 1 depyet Im paying for 3deps, til todate, Im awaitn a new card. Now I've to pay levy at the pharamies, when im trying 2 save the med aid by not consultin with dr's. After 2 grands Im payin mnthly, I still've to pay out of pocket for meds, this is unacceptable & inconvenient &one has to think of the embarassment to exp when going to the pharm
