CMD - FAILURE TO DELIVERY MEDICATION AS SCHEDULED

I am very disappointed with this "new" UTI service, my medication are never on time, I have been out of insulin for 3 day now and I am told it will only come in two days time which mean 5days or more without medication. This is high health risk to me. Furthermore these agents a rude and told me thereis nothing they can do. I have to request my Medical Aid to find alternate supplier!
