Humiliating fellow staff!

I was at Centurion mall's spec-savers and service was great. But the managing staff was a nightmare! Poppy consecutively dissed her fellow staff who did absolutely nothing wrong and made the store an extremely uncomfortable environment which in turn made me go to another optometrist in the Mall. I was amazed at how she handled her fellow staff, it's just not acceptable I believe in a professional industry!
