Pelinduna
Very Bad Service

We went to play paintball at Pelinduna Adventures. Our booking was made 4 weeks in advance. When we arrived, none of the organisers were there. After we searched for someone to assist us, we finally found a lady who told us to wait in the parking lot for someone to help us. 45 minutes later, and after various inquiries as to what was going on, a guy finally appeared who told us that we should follow him. He made loads of excuses that he also doesn't really know what's going on, as the managers only recently asked him to help out. None of the managers were present, and it was his first day on the job.
When we arrived at the paintball location, none of the guns were ready. They were only then being filled with gas. Our booking was made for 17 people, but they only had 12 guns, many of which didn't even work. They had no form of identification system (for making up teams). We tried calling the owners multiple times, but no-one ever answered. When we complained about the service, the guy present only made excuses that it was his first day, he doesn't know what's going on and he also can't get hold of the owners.
VERY bad service. Would NOT suggest going to this place to anyone.
