I have been waiting a month for FNB to refund my home owners premium of over R6500. I have my own insurance with Zurich at half the price. Clearly when you don't want FNB's home owners through there own insurance company Outsurance which are utterly useless as I found last year when my geyser burst. They mess you around and don't refund your premium which they deduct in one lump sum every year. FNB you are a disgrace, less gymic advertising and my professional service would be far better. I am fed up with this bank.
