Seeff Properties
No help with flooding house!

We are renting a house in Pinelands, from Seeff; the owners of the property are in Dubai. Since the beginning of winter (when the rain started) the roof has been leaking. But not a little; a LOT! Every room's roof are leaking, it is running down the walls, the carperts and tiles are always wet, and it has damaged so much of our personal property. We have contacted Seeff a million times, however, they do not see the need to help us. The owners are in the process of trying to fix the roof, but they really take their time, and Seeff does nothing to help us. They do not realise the inconvenience! When we request a meeting with them, they just say it will not help etc. I have never worked with more incompetent, non-care people in my life!
