Absolutely horrific turnaround time

Standard Bank and its lawyers have got to be the most useless and incompetent people I have worked with, I have applied for a home loan on 2012-04-12 and till today, nothing has been done and the application is still ongoing, they have given me some useless lawyers in Alberton by the name of BJ Van Der Walt & Schoeman INC. Between Standard Bank and these lawyers, they have competition between who has the worst turn around time. These lawyers never do anything to help and keep saying they working on it and make excuses and Standard Bank are even more useless saying they cannot do anything and they will escalate it, and that escalation turn around is 10 WORKING DAYS!!! I don't care who needs to do what, but this absolutely diabolical service. I don't want new lawyers, because I will wait for another year, can you please do something, honestly this is more than a year, this is the most pathetic service and I will never recommend this useless bank to anyone ever.
