NON-EXISTENT SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE

I submitted a claim on 13th December 2012 and have to date had no refund processed. Speaking to Profmed's Claims department I get shoved from pillar to post with no one accepting responsibility or even having the decency to apologise that the claim has to date not been processed, never mind refunded.

I find the quality of service absolutely shocking and the attitude of the call centre personnel downright rude. Judging by the number of complaints listed on Hello Peter, I am not alone in my experiences. This is the final straw as I am absolutely fed up for not receiving the service I paid for. It's time to start looking for a new medical aid (after more than 15 years with Profmed) as I can see the complaints are falling on deaf ears.
