What the am I paying for???

I decided to subscribe to the Discovery Key Care Plus plan as it seemed to be great value for money. However, the old saying is true, if something seems too good to be true, it most probably is. One of the reasons I chose this plan was because one of the benefits was tooth extractions and i needed my wisdom teeth removed. When i inquired further about booking an appointment I was told that this benefit does not include removal of wisdom's. Is this not the extraction of teeth? Or have wisdom's recently been categorized as some other body part? Then last year i needed to go see a doctor, the two that i had chosen on my profile were on leave and the other one that Discovery recommended could not see me for 2 days. I was told by Discovery to go see ANY Doctor and they would cover the costs. When i submitted the claim for my consultation they only paid half, their reason, out of network doctors could not dispense medicine to me. No one told me this and now i must foot half the bill for the drip that i needed. I feel that this company is a gang of who are very happy to take my monthly fee but give me nothing in return. I am sick of these corporate giants who bully us.
