Rude and unprofessional agent

I believe MTN has the rudest and most unfriendly bunch of agents at their call center. I have been transferred from pillar to post to unfortunately end of with the UTMOST DISPLEASURE of speaking to a rude, unprofessional, insolent agent called Bongani Nene, who ended up not even being to help me after all. He was rude right from the word go, interrupted me and told me to lets get on with it while i was still busy relating my issue about being sent from pillar to post. He sounded drunk, could barely speak clearly and audibly, unfriendly, disintrested Eventually i told him not to bother, i will disconnect the BIS service as it is more nuance to me anyways. Does MTN not have a quality manager at their call centers or anybody at all who gives a about customer service?? They are very good at responding to complaints on Hello Peter but they do absolutely nothing about it. They promise you will get a call and never do. I think its high time i move to CellC or Vodacom. I am a quality manager at a call center and an agent in my call center will not get away with giving the kind of non service i got from Bongani Nene this evening. Its time you start focusing on customer experience MTN!
