Lazy? Incompotent? or Not interested???

I emailed Bonitas, to ask a few questions I wanted clarity on. The questions involved me joining and waiting periods involved, and also had a few questions regarding the plan I had chosen. It was simple questions like if I had to be rushed to hospital would that come out of my day to day limits? It is important questions that I needed to know. I then received a email back saying that they can not give me advice on which plan to take??? I in no way asked that I had specific questions about a specific plan! I then sent a email trying to make it more clear what I was trying to say! But once again I got a lazy vague reply! And this lazy and vague email takes 5 days every time! I am truly disgusted at the fact that simple questions like that could not be answered. I sent similar questions to Discovery and Momentum and got a quick and detailed response! Bonitas was my first choice for changing but after experiencing this sheer laziness and unwillingness to help I feel that I cant trust them and am considering just going to a different plan on my current medical aid! I wonder if it will take 5 days to reply to this complaint as well? My reference no for these emails is: 040813Q6GNLT
