Lack of response, bad attitude

I have had the misfortune of dealing with these people for about 2.5 years. I struggle to get answers from them, to questions that I am entitled to ask & sometimes have to wait days/weeks for answers. Yet when they want something from me I am expected to respond within days. They harrass me monthly with numerous calls & sms's to confirm payment dates, payment amounts & to remind me to pay - I get at least 3 payment reminders every single month, despite the fact I pay the agreed upon amount before the required date

I have asked questions recently where I literally have to beg for answers. If they feel they have answered the questions sufficiently (for THEM) then they don't want to answer anything further, despite me saying I still have questions or don't understand

It's no wonder debt collectors have such a bad name, given what I have to deal with
