I wanted to register with College SA and spoke to a lady named Celeste. She was helpful and when I asked further questions I assumed she had forwarded them to a man named Jacques. He emailed me (not a personal email) listing their accreditation. I wrote back saying thank you, however there are questions that haven't been answered. The next email I get from him (also a generic mail) had the title: WHY HAVE YOU NOT REGISTERED YET? I replied saying that I haven't registered because he hasn't answered my emails. The next mail I get from him (again generic) has the title: SORRY IF WE'VE BEEN IGNORING YOU. Are you #@$$#%$# kidding me??? I just asked two simple questions that can't even been answered with a personal mail. I really hope this isn't the education College SA aspire to. Get it right guys- shocking experience.
