Benefits suspended for no reason and bad service

I am completely disgusted with the service from Bonitas.

When I Initially considered joining Bonitas, I sent emails asking questions which were not answered. After four days I received a response that also did not answer any of my questions. With time running out and my old Medical aid coming to an end in a few days I sent in the required documentation to join. After 11 days and a few of them without having any medical cover and many phone calls later I received a confirmation certificate. I send in an application for a dependent to be added on 10/12/2012 I only received confirmation on 4/01/2013 that the dependent had been registered.

Many phone calls and we are still waiting now, over four months later for the member cards.

My new issue is that the debit order for the monthly contribution didn't go off this month. I received an sms on the second saying that the debit order will run that day due to the public holiday. This did not happen. I then received a mail on 05/05/2013 saying that my contribution has not been made. I then received a mail the next day saying that our benefits have been suspended. After two mails, still no response. I would not recommend Bonitas
