I have been a member of Bonitas Medical Scheme for 11 days but so far all I have is complaints instead of good service I was promised prior to joining. The names I have requested to use on my medical aid card are not the ones I requested. I was also asked to state if I was on Chroninc with my previous medical scheme. I did that and also stated the medication I was taking. I phoned them just to check if everything was in order and was told that it has been updated even though the info was given to them. I have talking to this people from the 26 of Feb until now and nothing has so far been done. All I get are automated response from them. I honed the other and wanted to know why my Chronic was not updated and was told that I need to get my Dr to this for me. Questions, why asked this sort of questions if you are not going to do anything with them? Why was I not phoned when my details were captured and asked to get my doctor to this for me? Why wait for me to call and only tell me when I phone. Why ask me to give you names I would wanna use if you are not gonna use them? If so far you Bonitas are dragging their feet just to attend to my needs what quarantee do I have that they will serve me?
