Unauthorised Debit Orders

I found out on Friday - 2nd Aug 2013 - that my current account has been used for 2x for employees of my previous company (that I left about 2 years ago) for a total of R 14 483.00. I used to be a member of Discovery before - about 6 years ago. I have contacted my bank to stop these debit orders (on my expense) and phoned Discovery (with lengthy conversations) to try and find out how this could have happened. Till now - Monday 5/8/2013 (16H35) - I have had no phone call back or any apologies from Discovery.
