Ï am boosting their 8.2 Billion Rand Reserve

I paid R650 cash for an ONCOLOY visit and will only get R303 back (obviously). The problem is I have not even got my R303 back. From their email :

Claimed R650.00 claimed for date of healthcare service 2013/07/18
Paid to R303.10 will be paid to you on 2013/07/27

It is now 22/8 almost a month later and NOBODY will answer my mails.
The phone call I got was so pathtic: She said my banking details were wrong.

ALSO

I paid R620.13 for morphine and have still not been paid back.
From their email AGAIN.

Please be advised, the Clinton Clinic Pharmacy account for the amount of R620.13 which paid incorrectly has been reprocessed on the 02 August 2013 to pay from the Oncology benefit to the member. The claims notification you received advised, the amount will be paid to you with payment date 05.08.2013.

It is now 22 / 8 and I dont have that paymeny either.

PAY ME MY R 923.23 and stop sltealing from us to boost your "8.2 BILLION RAND RESERVE"
Don't bring me your dumb answers that I owe you money from my self payment gap from last year.
This is ONCOLOGY and has NOTHING to do with MSA OR self payment gap
