The Nerve of Cell C

After doing an upgrade in May 2012, I was told I'll pay R200.00 for my controlchat 200. After 3 months of paying, Cellc decided I must pay R303.00. After lots of GRIEF, I was rectified and my money paid back to me.

To my surprise, more that a year later, I was billed with R303.00 again for 15/10/2013 and 15/11/2013!!! What is this!

I get sms's for a new upgrade and I still have problems with a previous upgrade!!!

I want my money back!!!
