Never settled my Opperation bill of the 22/03/2013

Received a bill from Murlbarton Hospital that my medical aid short paid them with an amount of over R4000.00, i have send numerous emails to Top med and i sent them the full statement from the Hospital, my first email was on the 24th of July 2013, up until today i had no response, this is so frustrating as you pay every month your Medical Aid fees and then they cant even pay the full hospital bill, this is unacceptable please assist. Thank you
