I had to visit the Gastroentologist in June this year. His reception mistakenly to sent me to the Hospital where the consulting room also was. Although I asked them to get the procedure done in the consulting room, I was sent to Hospital, for what reason I couldn't know because I did not have any medical experience or studies, and did what they asked me to do. Resolution rejected the bill from the Hospital R3 965.60. As I am a member for the past more than 10 years and contributions of approxemately R250 000 was made, (with little claims over this period), I really expected my medical aid to be more accomodating and to pay this bill. I mean, after all its IS for medical (Hospital) expenses. I do not try to any money from them, and I never tried to be fraudelent. They received a bill from the Hospital. Several phone calls was received with arrogance and with a clear cold shoulder. They just do not understand, or try to understan or assist. Not even the supervisers at the compalint desk. They are very rigid and seems to try to let me feel that I am a. I mean, what did I paid for all these years? What about showing a little listen and empathy and to try to understand?
