Sold a hospital plan but refused to pay hospital

Momentum health sold me a hospital plan on their access option i was recently hospitalised at Life hospital and they refused to pay the account with NO VALID REASON given. To make matters worse i didnt even hear it from the medical scheme - i have all these doctors and patholigist and the hospital calling me and telling me that my medical scheme is not paying my bill.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MEDICAL SCHEME TO LOOK AFTER YOUR HEALTH.
