Fedhealth Medical Scheme
NOT A REAL MEDICAL AID

I lodged a complaint on hello peter 24 October 2013, to which Fedhealth gave an automated response. Since then I have had one phone call to advise that they are working on it. It is 5 November 2013 and I have had no solution given to the fact that they did not pay the full hospital bill even after they actually advertised that we have unlimited hospital cover. I am sure that is false advertising!
