I had a payment query whereby Bonitas paid a service provider from my day to day instead of Specialised radiology. My day to day was exhausted because of that and i had to pay cash for medicine that i needed. It took them 3 months instead of 3 days to sort out the query and i have not even received my money back which i had to pay.
I joined them 1st January 2013 and i cant wait for December so that i can go to another medical scheme. I'm really not impressed with their service.
