Incorrect advice on Co-Payment

First of all i would like to compliement Kammy on her assitance in trying to get this matter sorted out, however, i am totally unimpressed by Discovery and the blantent cop out by Discovery regarding a co-payment that needed to be done for when my son had grommets on 5 July 2013. We had to make a co-payment of R1950 and when i called to onfirm we had the right authorisation etc i asked if we could claim back for the payment even though we were in our self payment gap and i was told it is something different and could be claimed only to find when we submitted the claim we couldn't. I took it further and it was escalated and today i received a call to say no action would be taken because the agent didn't actually say it was for our plan.

I am sorry, but that is a cop out from Discovery. I would like a senior person to call me and explain to me how that is possible when it is clear on the recording that i was asking if we could get the money back. And i would like to hear that recording again and with management!

I am very unimpressed and want this sorted out!
