VA Benefit cancellation

I signed a contract to use Virgin Active where I was only required to visit the gym 2 times and month. I am disappointed to learn that Discovery has cancelled my VA benefit because I missed the required gym visit by a day. In total I had 35 gym visits and in terms of the contract I signed I was to go 24 times in a year/period.
Why did I not sign a new contract requesting 36 visits? This is very unfair because I signed for the 24 visit. Why is Discovery not honoring the contract?

I am a blood donor and need to use the gym to ensure that I am in good health. What am I to do now? I cannot continue donating blood if my health is not in good shape? I am contributing to a worthy cause i.e. saving lives. This is so unfortunate that I have to stop donating blood.
