Reimbursement Promises without any delivery

I called the Discovery call centre for advice (18 or 19th of April) on updating my banking details for reimbursement as I had a claim to submit and currently get paid via cheque. My preferred method is EFT. I was advised to update this on the discovery website, wait 24 hours for it to reflect and then submit my claim to discovery. (Which I did as advised by the cc agent on the 19th April) As my claim is for prescription glasses the total amount claimed by my SP exceeded the the limit. I had then submitted the form for special payment to discovery as I still had funds available in my MSA (form submitted on the 23rd April). Discovery had settled the SP for R3000 (22nd April) and still had an amount outstanding of R1826 that needed to be paid out to me via EFT now rather than cheque. I called discovery on Monday the 29th to find out that a cheque was issued - I have been calling ever since to cancel the cheque and for EFT payment to be made. From the 29th to date (10th May) I am still awaiting payment, every time I call, I am promised a force payment would be made but this has happened as yet. this is unacceptable, as I have settled the SP and now the money is owed to me.
