Payment not made as advised

I have logged a complaint last year re account that Bonitas were supposed to pay. Consultant helped me and say I do not have to worry she will sort it out. I never followed up.

Today received a very strange notification from the hospital that I will be handed over after I received assurance that my account has been settled. What now?
