Exceptional Services from Mr Andiane Plaatjies!!!

As a member of Bonitas, I contacted them to find out about the detail of account payments made to Sandton Medi Clinic as my son was admitted to the hospital twice in two months with a total stay of just over 2 weeks. I had been receiving account notifications via email from the Paeds office and the hospital over the past week or so. The amounts outstanding to the paed and the hospital were enough to make one cry!

I contacted Bonitas to enquire as to what portion of the accounts I would be liable for. Mr Andiane Plaatjies took the time to go through every single one of my statements and explained that all hospital charges including paed visits were covered and in fact settled already. He then also explained the benefits I had left on my current package with Bonitas. He then took the time to ensure that I understood the differences between the various Bonitas plans currently on offer. What REALLY IMPRESSED ME is the fact that he did all this while still ensuring that he used the HUMAN TOUCH so often forgotten in this day and age in the service industry. BONITAS BE PROUD OF THIS MAN!! HE REALLY IMPRESSED ME WITH HIS SERVICE!! OUTSTANDING!!!
