I sent a request to Bonitas on the 17/09/2013 to pay a rejected dental claim from my accumalated savings account. I have now followed up 3 times and Bonitas is still not sure of what process is supposed to be followed to finalise this payment. It certainly puts me in a very bad light with the service provider as I have no answer for them, only emty promises from Bonitas.
